A new, ODA-designed 12-story condo building hovering over the corner of 4th Avenue in Boerum Hill has topped out.

It’s located at 561 Pacific Street and bears the eponymous name of Five Six One Pacific. When completed, there will be 63 units in total. The higher the floor, the fewer units; the two highest floors have only three apartments per floor. Sales launched in April.
